Personal Training Sessions

One on one Personal Training is perfect if you wish to train alone and receive my absolute focus and attention.

Before we start your new regime I offer a free consultation to identify your goals and establish a program that suits your lifestyle and budget.

We set goals and challenges to assist with the outcomes you want.

Benefits of Personal Training with Deb

I also offer group training from 2 to 6 people.
Each session varies and will include elements of weight lifting, cardio, circuit training, core and boxing.

Bootcamp Sessions

Fit for Life Bootcamp sessions involve a great community of people of all fitness levels. Every session is different and offers full body workouts, pair and group challenges.

We are a community that come together and have a lot of fun during the sessions.
