I’m the founder of Fit for Life. I guess you could call me a Personal Trainer. But I feel like my journey has taken me well beyond that.
Most PTs will rattle off the extensive experience they have in the fitness industry. The gyms they have run, the weight loss they have helped their clients achieved and their long list of fitness accolades.
I’m not going to do that.
Even though I have worked as a PT for more than 10 years and even owned a gym, that’s not where my passion lies.
I am all about helping women feel confident about working out and staying healthy.
I have always been passionate about good health. And creating that good health without any fancy bells and whistles.
In 2017, that all came to a head… literally. While I was at work, I experienced a brain bleed. At the time, I wasn’t sure if I was going to survive.
But after a whole day of surgery, having a titanium plate put in my skull, and spending 6 days in hospital, I made it back home. From then, I vowed to “keep moving”.
Fast forward to today, and I am so excited to share my knowledge and experience with you all.
I have been where you are now. I have also felt overwhelmed and found it hard to dedicate time to my fitness.
This is why created the Fit for Life Community. To make it easier for you to consistently include fitness in your week to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Won’t you join me on the journey to feeling amazing?
