With the nutrition side of the program, you will have  explored evidence-based and non-fad nutrition guidelines, learnt how to eat to support your physical and mental wellbeing – and most importantly how to fit that into your lifestyle and budget.

You’ll be left ready to head into the months ahead with an improved fitness baseline, confidence in what your body can do, alongside non-restrictive nutrition routines and habits.

 Nutrition

Welcome to the Nutrition module – the perfect partner for your bootcamp fitness journey! I’ll help you elevate your goals by integrating your weekly workouts with effective nutritional habits.

I’m all about keeping it real with wholesome, delicious foods that not only make you feel fantastic but will also lift your overall wellness to a new level. Whatever your goals, whether you want to lose weight, gain energy, or just feel healthier than you do now, the nutrition module has you covered.

When you join, you’ll gain access to your Nutrition and Wellness Workbook – this is your guide to mastering the principles of sustainable nutritional habits.

You’ll also get access to meal plans designed for both plant-lovers and omnivores. It’s an inclusive table and everyone is welcome!

Each week, you’ll receive a motivational email nudge to keep your momentum going strong. You’ll also gain access to weekly online Zoom calls where we will cover a variety of topics, including:

Our weekly zoom sessions provide a supportive space to simplify nutrition and address your burning. questions.

Fitness

Bootcamps will be run on a Monday and Wednesday at 9am and 6pm.
They will take place at the park in William Bayes Place in Red Beach.

You can choose which days and times suite your timetable. It is recommended that you attend the two weekly sessions. Alongside this there will be 2 online workouts a week to boost your results.
The online sessions will be posted each week on the closed Facebook page.
Both Deb and Rachelle will be on the page daily to help support, motivate ad encourage you.
Here are some of the examples of what to expect from the bootcamps.

Ladder training is where you have a group of exercises, and each exercise goes up in the number of reps you will perform.

Tabata training is where you do an exercise for 4 minutes, 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. (So, 8 consecutive work and relax cycles go into a 4-minute round of Tabata).

We love using the Dice in many ways as it creates a lot of fun and variety.

You will be paired with someone and set a variety of exercises to perform. We look forward to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. Rachelle and Deb are here to assist you in any way that helps keep you consistent, motivated, and energised.

Hey, I’m Rachelle

Hi, I’m Rachelle, a certified Naturopath & Medical Herbalist. I have a
background spanning 2 decades in health and fitness, including my roles as a Personal Trainer, online coach, and competitive powerlifter / bodybuilder. I’m excited to join forces with Deb for the Coastal Body-Up 8-Week program!

My passion lies in using the healing potential of evidence-based whole foods as medicine, while addressing a diverse range of chronic health conditions.

I have a special interest in conditions that stem from blood sugar dysregulation such as prediabetes, type 2 diabetes and associated symptoms such as weight gain, cravings, fatigue, inflammation, and cardiovascular disease.

I’m Deb

Hi, my name is Deb, and I am a Personal Trainer, bootcamp instructor, box fit instructor and run an online training business.

I have always been passionate about good health and creating that good health without any fancy bells and whistles.

In 2017, that all to come a head… literally. While I was training out of my gym, I experienced a brain bleed. At the time I wasn’t sure if I was going to survive.

But after a whole day of surgery, having a titanium plate put into my skull, and spending several days in the hospital, I made it back home. From then on, I was even more determined to keep moving.

Fast forward to toady and I am so excited to share my knowledge and experience with you.

I have created this 8 Week Energiser to make it easier for you to consistently include fitness into your week to improve your overall health and wellbeing.

Movement is a change of place or position or posture. Movement is Life.
